PrepPals is an online education team focused on CSCA preparation. We provide study resources, teaching and learning support. In this notice, ‘we’ means the PrepPals team members who operate this website and handle your enquiries.

This page explains information submitted through our website, website analytics, your choices and the use of our content. If you continue a conversation on WhatsApp, email or another platform, that platform also has its own privacy rules.

Our contact and open class forms collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, preparation timeline, subjects of interest and message.

These records help our team understand and follow up on the enquiry or registration you initiated. Only share information relevant to your request. Please do not include identity documents, bank card details or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.

Form records are stored in Netlify and our customer relationship management system (CRM). Our team uses these records internally. We do not sell or rent your form information, or provide it to other organisations for their independent marketing.

Netlify and the CRM provider are technical service providers involved in storing or processing these records. This is different from sharing information with another business for its own use. Website analytics providers are described separately below.

Retention depends on the status of your enquiry or registration, any ongoing learning support and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask about the storage location, providers and retention of your records, or request deletion, using the email below. Provider infrastructure may be located outside your country or region.

You can contact us about your personal information or raise a privacy concern. Tell us which enquiry or registration your request relates to and what you would like us to do. We may need limited information to verify that a request concerns your own records.

We will review your request and explain any limits, such as records that must be retained under applicable requirements. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing that has already taken place. Please avoid sending identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.

You can manage or block cookies in your browser and review Google and Meta’s privacy settings. Browser controls may not stop every form of measurement. This website currently does not provide an on-site cookie preference panel.

External links and embedded services, such as videos, messaging and social media, may involve other providers. Their information handling is governed by their own policies. Review those policies when using their services.

We have not set a general age restriction for browsing our learning content. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian to help with enquiries, registration and paid learning arrangements.

If you are under 14, please ask your parent or guardian to contact our team by email before submitting personal information, so that we can discuss the appropriate arrangements. A guardian can also contact us about information a child has already submitted and request review or deletion.

Our resources and explanations support CSCA preparation. PrepPals is independent of the official CSCA organisation. For exam rules, dates, fees and university requirements, always confirm the latest information with the relevant official source.

PrepPals original content is intended for personal learning. Please request permission before republishing it or using it commercially, except where applicable law or a resource’s stated licence permits otherwise. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and stated terms.

This website does not offer checkout for courses or materials. If you enquire about paid learning support, the course content, fees, lesson schedule and service arrangements will be confirmed with you before payment.

Our team is responsible for delivering the teaching and learning support agreed with you. We aim to provide clear explanations, useful feedback and support for your preparation. Students also need to participate, practise and communicate when they need help.

We do not guarantee particular exam scores, a specific improvement or a pass. Results depend on factors including prior knowledge, time invested, participation and exam conditions. Student examples and testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise the same result for everyone.
